06Schedule changes
We try hard to hold every class on time. In rare cases (illness, power or internet outage, platform failure, emergencies), a class may be delayed or rescheduled. We will inform the batch on WhatsApp as early as possible, and the recording or rescheduled class will be provided. Such changes are not grounds for a refund.
07No income or job guarantee
Examples, demos and earning methods shown in class (including Day 7 “earning ways”) are for learning. Your results depend on your own effort, consistency, skills, niche, market conditions and other factors outside our control. Nothing in the Course is financial, legal or tax advice.
08Third-party tools & platforms
The Course teaches the use of tools such as Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT, Google, Meta, Make.com, ElevenLabs, Suno, Veo, Canva and WordPress. These belong to their respective owners. DMAT Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of these companies.
Their features, pricing, policies and availability can change at any time. You must follow their terms of use (including ad policies). We are not responsible for any account suspension, ad rejection, data loss or charges on third-party platforms.
09Intellectual property & content use
All course content — live sessions, recordings, slides, prompts, templates, checklists, resource packs, and the DMAT Academy name and logo — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.
- You may use what you learn, and the prompts and templates provided, in your own work and client work.
- You may not record, download, copy, share links or login access, upload, sell, resell or redistribute the recordings or course materials.
- You may not use our content to create a competing course or product.
Violation will lead to immediate removal without refund, and we may take legal action.
10Community & class conduct
- Be respectful to the trainer and fellow students. No abusive, hateful, sexual or threatening content.
- No spam, self-promotion, selling, MLM, crypto/trading tips, or sharing links unrelated to the Course in the group.
- Do not message other members privately for promotion using numbers from the group.
- Follow the group admin’s instructions. We may mute or remove any member who breaks these rules, without refund.
11Recordings of live sessions
Live classes and doubt sessions may be recorded and shared with your batch. By participating, you agree that your display name, questions, voice or video (if you turn them on) may appear in these recordings. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera and microphone off and ask doubts in the chat or group.
12Communication consent
By enrolling, you agree to receive messages from us on WhatsApp, email, SMS or phone about your Course (links, reminders, recordings, certificates) and about our other programs and offers. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying “STOP” or emailing us. Course-related service messages will continue while your access is active.
13Other programs (optional)
During the Course — mainly at the end of Day 7 — we may share information about our advanced programs, such as our complete Digital Marketing course. Buying any other program is completely optional and does not affect your access to this Course. Other programs have their own price, terms and policies.
14Refunds & cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
15Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Course or Website is limited to the amount you paid for the Course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, profit, data, ad spend, business opportunities, or losses arising from third-party tools or platforms.
The Website and Course are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DMAT Academy, its directors and team from claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of course content, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
17Suspension & termination
We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you break these Terms, share or pirate content, misuse the community, or act fraudulently (including false chargebacks). You may stop using the Course at any time; refunds are subject to the Refund Policy.
18Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to first contact us so we can resolve any issue quickly and amicably. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
19Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page with the latest “Last updated” date applies. The Terms in force on the date of your payment apply to that enrolment, except for changes required by law.
